Cancellation Policy

1. Intellectual Property All work produced (photos, video, design files, websites, campaigns, and related media) remains the property of IXA Studios unless explicitly transferred in writing. Clients receive usage rights only after full payment, limited to the agreed purpose (marketing, publishing, personal use, etc.). IXA Studios retains the right to display work for portfolio and promotional use unless otherwise agreed. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of IXA Studios’ content is prohibited. 2. Payments & Deposits A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book. Balance is due upon completion unless otherwise specified. Once a contract is signed, deposits are strictly non-refundable due to time and preparation invested. If cancellation occurs before signing, IXA Studios may refund up to 90% at its discretion depending on work completed. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellations Clients may reschedule once free if notice is given 48+ hours in advance. • 24–48 hrs notice → $25 fee. • Under 24 hrs notice → $100 fee. • No-shows are treated as cancellations with deposit forfeited. Cancellations after contract signing result in loss of deposit. 4. Revisions & Delivery Unless specified, one round of revisions is included. Extra revisions may incur fees. Deliverables will be provided in agreed formats; timelines vary by project. IXA Studios may adjust schedules for workload, holidays, or unforeseen events with notice. 5. Liability IXA Studios is not liable for: • Technical failures (e.g., file corruption, hosting/server issues) beyond our control. • Weather, accidents, acts of God, or third-party negligence. • Injuries or damages occurring in unsafe environments. IXA Studios may end a session or project if conditions become unsafe or inappropriate. 6. Working with Minors Bookings require clients to be 18+. For minors, a parent/guardian must consent in writing and be present or aware during the session. IXA Studios complies with Kansas and federal laws. 7. Website & Content Use All website content (images, text, logos, media) is protected by copyright. Use of our website does not grant ownership or license without written permission. 8.
